Nightmare experience–extreme misrepresentation, dark basement, and kicked out at night with a toddler
Complete misrepresentation of the property. We booked this place as an "entire private villa," but upon arrival, we were given only the ground floor, which is actually a dark basement. There is absolutely no natural daylight inside the rooms, making it dark and gloomy. The owners live directly on the second floor. There is zero privacy: the hosts were loudly partying on the balcony, watching football, and the entire yard is monitored by multiple security cameras. When we politely complained about the misleading description, the owners refused to find any compromise. Instead of solving the issue, they gave us a 15-minute ultimatum to leave. As a result, we were kicked out into the street at 11 PM with a 3-year-old child. Avoid this place and these hostile, dishonest hosts at all costs!

I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente!
