    Not safe

The representative tried to help as best as he could

You need to advise prior thats it’s up a cliff road and in order to get there you need to turn off air conditioning in the car. There is an ant infestation , they easily one in under the front door. The water went of while we were there and the washing machine did not work. There needs to be more regular checks of the facility. You need an evaluation plan if there are wildfires too and consideration of the road in the event of one too. We felt unsafe having two children with us too. If you have procedures these need to be shared.
