    Una terrazza da sogno sul golfo del Tigullio

    Viaggiare nel Tigullio è sempre splendido, ma fermarsi a Villa Smeralda rende tutto ancora più magico! Situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Lavagna, questo appartamento tradizionale ligure vi farà immergere nella bellezza di questa regione con tutti i confort che potrete desiderare. L’appartamento è all’ultimo piano della casa di Laura e Sergio, due padroni di casa stupendi, disponibili e gentilissimi. Super accessibile grazie a uno spazioso montacarichi, la casa è accogliente e completa di tutti in comfort (lavatrice e lavastoviglie su tutti), fresca (sia con che senza aria condizionata) e con una vista mozzafiato sul monte di Portofino. I servizi per godere del mare sono a pochi minuti a piedi (10-15 minuti e sei in spiaggia) e così anche la stazione dei treni e le fermate dei bus per esplorare la zona. Supermercati e panifici sono a pochi minuti. In conclusione, se avete bisogno di un appartamento per riposarvi, girare il Tigullio o fare vita di mare, Villa Smeralda fa al caso vostro!

    Exceptional

    We were delighted and we liked everything! Thank you Laura!!!! Great location and excellent apartment in the historical house with amazing views! All well organised, clean and many utilities makes staying more comfortable. Parking is safe. Our host Laura was super welcoming and gave us great tips for restaurants, things to do.
