    We enjoyed the property but the guest relations was not great.

    The host didn’t keep to the meeting times both on arrival and departure. I notified the host about my flight times before I left Gauteng, when I arrived in Cape Town, when I left the airport, when I was 15 minutes away and finally when I was 5 minutes. After all that effort, we had to wait for her. That experience alone didn’t show care and professionalism. In the morning of our departure, I indicated to the guest relations team that we would leave the property at 10am sharp. 5 minutes before 10 I checked if someone was coming, only to be told that they were running late. We had to leave the property without the host to collect the keys because we were rushing to the airport.

    We enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will get the same property when we visit Camps Bay again.

    The property has a very nice 360 degree view and it is very specious and beautiful.
