    Great location

Really nice villa in a great location. The villa itself is kept very clean by the excellent Nyoman. So many good restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Villa is located down a well maintained street off the main road so is away from the sound of traffic. I would definitely consider coming back here if I return to Seminyak.

The pool wasn't cleaned during our stay so could have been cleaner. There are some loose tiles that should be fixed.

    Simple. Convenient. Good Value.

Location was excellent - top tier coffee place at the end of the lane. Easy to find. Central to Seminyak.

Facilities dated and simple. Front door was a bit flimsy and didn’t feel fully secure. No safes were working with code so had to use Key. Each safe had a key - only worked for 1 of the 3 safes.
