  Could be great if no builders and some care and attention put into the property.

  The lady who welcomed us (mother of the owner) was very friendly and correct.

  The advert is extremely misleading. You don't have the place to yourself: the owner's parents live on site and use the garden and sit there with friends. The "private beach" isn't: it's used by everyone who lives in the area. The kitchen had no coffee machine or microwave (as stated in the advert), and the only aircon was in the living room. The size isn't 200 square metres: 150 max, of which a small side-room is set up as a shrine to a young man. There was no access to the garden. The place is tired: every door needs oil and repair, the hot water is instant 'boiling' (a safety issue), and the downstairs bathroom wasn't clean (drain blocked by hair). 7am and we were rudely woken by the loud sound of rock on steel: a shipment of rocks was being delivered to a development on the opposite side of the road from the villa (directly on the lakeside). Shortly afterwards, the team there started up their mechanical digger and started moving earth (5 metres from the "private beach" of the advert). This would be going on all day. Then our 16 year old daughter came to us complaining that there was a man in the garden making a telephone call next to her balcony. She had opened the door for fresh air in the night (no aircon in the bedrooms). As the bedrooms are on the ground floor, this meant the man could see into my daughter's bedroom. Then they started cutting tiles with an angle-grinder. This sound penetrated the whole building, and made staying there an extremely unattractive option. So much for my hope of spending a day sipping decent wine on the balcony while my kids went for a swim at the "private beach". NOTE. The man did nothing wrong: he was a builder working on the renovation of the building... something else we were not told about at time of booking, or on arrival.

  Sehr nette Familie. Sehr sauber. Super Atmosphäre. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden.

  Es war ein Toller Aufenthalt. Nette Vermieter, tolle Lage und alles da was man für den Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

  Veel irritaties

  Top locatie en goede prijs voor deze locatie

  We komen aan, de host spreekt geen engels en pakt gelijk onze paspoorten af, en gaan naar een aparte kamer. Daar schrikken we al van. De douche werkt niet zoals je wil, warm water is snel op en het putje is snel verstopt, de bedden waren te klein voor sommige en de keuken is heel klein, en je kan er eigenlijk niets koken, en het is ook erg irritant dat er geen olie of andere kookgerei voor je wordt klaargezet. De wifi werkt ook niet goed. Het verblijf had een 9.4 op booking.com dus ik dacht dat alles wel goed en comfortabel zou verlopen. Dit viel helaas vies tegen.
