    Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage am Strand.

    Unsere Wohnung, Nummer 5, lag im ersten OG (vom Strandeingang aus) und hatte einen Balkon mit seitlichem Blick aufs Wasser. Die Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, war gut, die ganze Einrichtung wirkte neuwertig. In der Einfahrt (von der Proraer Straße aus) gab es immer Parkplätze, und die Transponder zum Öffnen der Türen funktionierten tadellos. Die große Stärke der Villa Steinfurth ist natürlich die Top-Lage direkt an der Promenade - im nördlichen Abschnitt, wo es etwas ruhiger ist. Auch nicht schlecht: Edeka-Markt und Fitnessstudio nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

    Geschirr und Gläser waren vielleicht ein wenig billig. Aber das ist jetzt Kritik auf ganz, ganz hohem Niveau.

    Lage war gut, etwa 1 km von Binz Zentrum. viele Restaurants nahe.

    Blick vom Balkon ging seitlich aufs Meer, aber geradeaus auf die Außenanlage eines großen Hotels, das war nicht so toll.
