    The location was good.

    This is not the entire villa, but rather an apartment located downstairs, or almost like a basement unit. While the place has potential, the apartment is in clear need of repairs and a thorough deep cleaning. The indoor environment was very damp and humid, with noticeable mold in several areas, including the walls, window sills, curtains, and even inside the refrigerator. Some of the furniture and kitchen fixtures were loose and in poor condition.This made the space feel uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The yard was also untidy and populated by many cats, with visible feces around the area. Cats would enter the apartment if the door was left open, which worsen the moisture issues. Additionally, the toilet mat smelled strongly of cat urine, causing an unpleasant odor throughout the bathroom. Overall, while the property could be appealing with proper maintenance, its current condition significantly detracts from the experience.

    Everything was ok and I had pleasure to meet the owners.

    The property is at 5-7 minutes to the beach, is well equipped and have a large courtyard. You don’t rent just a room, you rent an entire apartment. This have a large terrace in front and other terrace near with table and chairs.

    I recommend to clean more and change the towels more often.
