Хорошая вилла и отличная хозяйка. Море рядом, рядом же много хороших кафе.
Были в апреле, было очень жарко. Лучше приезжать зимой

Great Stay at Luisa by the Sea
We were a family of four and liked the comfortable beds, each bedroom had an ensuite which is really handy. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, cafetiere etc . The AC and fans were all in good working order . The location is amazing, 5 mins to the beach or shops and restaurants. Gardens are beautifully maintained.
The resident dogs in the complex can be a bit intimidating at times,growling and following you. Most are friendly but there was a couple who were a bit growly. Not the villas issue per se, rather the collective owners, but the pools are in need of a little bit of attention , cracked loose tiles etc. The lack of sun beds and shade and parasols around the pool also makes it a bit uncomfortable. The few sun beds that are round the big pool , again, are falling apart and dont have cushioning so ok for short dips and stays but you couldn't spend a long time there like you would at a hotel. we have stayed at Luisa by the sea many times and doesnt necessarily put us off,we just spend more time at the beach.

Sophia was good host,loved this place,well equipped kitchen with water filter,comfortable villa,great pool,lovely grounds, we stayed at 2 different villas, both excellent.
