  CONSIGLIATISSIMO, anche per famiglie e gruppi di amici

  Tutto. I tre appartamenti bellissimi, super attrezzati e comodi per raggiungere i luoghi vicini, la reggia di Caserta, Napoli ecc.. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno lasciati acqua, tè freddo, caffè, merendine e tutto il necessario. Piscina su richiesta, che ha il suo fascino.

  Pool, host, price, location great, property needs more care and precise description of bedrooms

  The host was lovely and helpful catered to our every need. The pool was the highlight of this property - lovely and big, more or less private and just ours, we spent almost an entire day at the pool. The property itself is clean and decently kept. Location is good because it's close ish to the airport so a decent stopover last day before flying home. Caserta town is lovely and there is a huge royal palace you can visit there but go early and mind the parking as it's a bit tricky to find. Parking is best just outside the old town next to the palace.

  I was probably spoiled by my past two apartments and the quality there and to be fair this one was far less expensive however based on ratings and photos I expected a little better here. The apartment is in a basement with old lockup situation guarding the property. Maybe around there this is quite normal - naples is notoriously run down - but it gives a bit of a vibe in an otherwise well to do area and property. The kitchen needs updating - lots of things broken, cabinet doors, old coffee machine that requires a lot of effort to operate, the kitchen middle table moves around and surprises you with it's instability. Signs around the bathroom switches in Italian hand writing forbiding something I still don't know what - not the best kept vibes. Beds are hard and not really comfortable - the main bedroom has awful ventilation and gets hot and stuffy and dark. Does't have windows overall. The property is advertised as 3 bedrooms plus living room with two sofa beds - this is not the case. There is a separate room by the pool, and this property itself is a one bedroom, one bathroom property. There is a large pulled out sofabed in the living room, which you can't fold up during the day as it is on slabs of wood with a proper full mattress. I had 3 bedroom property on my booking but it's a one bedroom with a pulled out sofa and an additional - separate - bedroom upstairs in another unit. This needs to be made more clear. It was not a problem with us as we only stayed two nights but it should be made clear. Not sure where those lovely green areas are in the photo with the outdoor patio because we didn't see them at all. Might belong to the owner's apartment but again not the most precise advertising.

  Lieu calme et paisible et très accueillant , exceptionnel

  Les hôtes très accueillant et aux petits soins pour nous et le cadre au calme avec sa piscine

  Le fait qu’il n’y avait pas les 3 chambres. Il y avait un appartement avec une chambre et un canapé lit et un studio indépendant alors qu’on croyait avoir réservé un seul logement de 3chambres

  It was comfortable and great people around and good English if you needed to ask something

  It would've been better if there was a washing machine expecially for longer stays
