Exceptional
Everything was as expected and shown on photos. Host is responding very fast if you have questions and very helpful. Flat has very good ventilation if you are not big fan of air condition, which I liked. But of course two aircons to use, if you wish so. I enjoyed my stay a lot. So, if this flat is free to book, do so! But quite often it is already booked out :) For a reason, I guess ;)

Ok for the time we stayed in unit.
Good value for the time we stayed at the facility.
Fans blades not clean, drinking water not supplied, air conditioner in bedroom leaking and ad to be turned off. Hot water stopped working until fixed.

Puerto Aventuras Gated Community
Feel very safe in community, but also can be difficult to enter in morning due to all staff workers reporting at that time. Lots of ex-pats within the community, so if you're looking for more of an authentic cultural experience within a different country, this might not be the ideal location for you. But, very comfortable and easy entrance instructions for the community security gate and the condo as well. Fairly priced, near a pool, ideal for proximity to dive shops (the cenote diving was unreal), and not too far from Cancun airport. I liked all the accomodations where the restaurants were on the marina, plenty of food options and incredible service the entire stay.
Like I said, the secured community provides a sense of safety, but also a lack of authentic relations with local community.
