    Unfortunately the issues with the power outages did not stop, we had in sum 15 power outages. Moreover: - The 2 of 5 beds have been still dirty. - ⁠3 cockroaches, two in the washing room, one in the living room - ⁠many ants in the bed - The power outages continue, like yesterday when we have not even been in the kitchen. It is not about Alcudia, since only the house is affected. Maybe the villa is not suited for 9 people, however if this is the case it should have been communicated clearly before booking. Furthermore, one of us had to change his phone battery, since the outage damaged his phone. Due to the listed problems we request a refund of two nights, as we feel like the stated conditions of the house did not reflect the true living experience, like lack of basic hygiene and improper cooling for the whole group. Due to the cockroaches, we had to sleep over in different rooms, sofas and in the living room. Because of the power outages, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly, meaning that we had to clean plates by hand. Additionally, the use of the oven was basically impossible, because it lead to a series of blackouts, thus allowing us to only use the stove. Unfortunately, due to the problems listed above, our trip was soured. The power outages caused the inability to cool down in the hot sun of the island, while the night was followed by unpleasant guests like ants and cockroaches. Because of this it was more of a stress for uns rather than an actual vacation. Please let us know when you talked to the owner. I think it is a good solution for both sides.
