Very good Villa on a nice location!
The villa is located in the center and in walking distance a lot of dinner/shopping options are available and the beach very close as well. The starting point for Dolphin swimming/watching is within walking distance. We booked the tour with the host of Villa Teman. The hostess are very kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast is prepared in the Villa and sufficient choices are available.
More a recommendation - The bathrooms are largely open, this gives some attraction of insects during the nights. I would have preferred to have one bathroom closed (especially for this kids).

Die Servicekräfte waren außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war immer frisch und reichlich und auch die tägliche Reinigung der Villa war sehr gut. Auch an den Mückenschutz wurde gedacht und die Klimaanlage mit den Ventilatoren sorgten für angenehmes Klima. Der Weg zum Strand war schön kurz, in der Nähe gab es einen Foodmarket mit lokalen Speisen, sowie auch verschiedene Restaurants und Bars.
Ein Zimmer wies unterschiedliche defekte auf, welche jedoch behoben wurden: Wasser lief aus dem Sockel der Toilette (zweimal) Törschloss zum Bad funktionierte nicht Wasser lief aus der Klimaanlage an der Wand herunter durch den Schlafraum ins Bad Die Lage war in einer Nebenstrasse, jedoch immer mit deutlichem Motorenlärm und Musik von den Strandbars bis weit nach Mitternacht.

Goed voor een drietal nachten.
De ligging en de mooie villa, helaas is het een beetje verouderd en heeft het wat onderhoud/opknapwerk nodig. Vriendelijk personeel en een kleine wandeling naar het strand.
Het zwembad had onderhoud nodig (groene algen tegen de wanden) en de parasols waren vies en stuk.

Le côté reposant la surface proposée l'accueil Un gardien qui reste toute la nuit c’est rassurant.
