  Dangerous place

  -

  The whole impression of the place was spoiled by the incident with the caretaker of the villa. We found him at the villa when we returned from a walk. He was rummaging through our backpacks. He did not manage to steal anything, but after this incident it was unpleasant to be in this place. Do not leave valuables when you go to the beach or for a walk

  Quiet, cozy, quaint, refreshing.

  The villa was so quaint and cozy. I loved the mix of brick, stone and unique windows. One large room for the whole family to have plenty of space in, with a cute separate kitchen. Quiet location surrounded by trees and garden not too far from a beautiful beach.

  Amazing trip, beatiful place. Worth of every penny you have spent.

  This is amaizing place if you are intereated of privacy. The place is inside a forest/garden in absolute privacy. Noone can see what are you doing :-).Recommend it for pairs or families with small children. Nearbay (couple of minutes of walking) you can find small eating places (warungs) as well as small and private beach (Sepanjang). It is not very popular among locals, so good place to take sun :-). Half an hour to walk through the small road (to enjoy local agriculture) or discover secret road over the hill and you are in Kukup beach. There are lots of restaurants and small shops.

  Authentic, large villa next to a virgin beach in a remote village

  The villa looked as it was advertised. It was authentic and traditional. There are a few Balinese influences in the interior, which I really liked. The size was huge, everything was clean, and there was a working kitchen. This is a perfect destination for those who want to stay away from the crazy Indonesian cities with their traffic. Wifi was surprisingly very fast even though it's in the middle of nowhere.

  - Need additional fans with a cooling system or electric air conditioning. This is because unfortunately we stayed there when the weather was very hot, and the heat & humidity was unbearable. - No 24-hour security. The main roads are very dark at night and I personally didn't feel very safe. - Hard to get food for dinner or you need to settle with instant noodles. I had to walk to another beach (10 mins walk) to get food and the roads were not well-lit. Suggestion to give options for food delivery to the villa as a package with booking the villa.
