    Great location for holidays, but hosted in a ridiculous way.

    Everything is quite new , modern, comfortable, clean and in good condition.

    We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with hot tube for 7 days. We arrived at 5 pm. The apartment was not free. Other guests paid for late checkout and we have been asked to wait 1 hour. At 8 PM (!) we could get into our room. Another couple we met at the pool while waiting, told us about having the same experience. In the apartment, one bedroom was locked (they opened it after complaining) and there was no hot tube. We complained about that at the next morning. The host showed us another apartment - exactly the one we booked, and asked if we would like to move. In that case, we have to pay 150 € more, because the hot tube is not included in the booking.com price. It turned out that booking.com agreed with the host which makes it even more disappointing in my eyes: The host described the hot tub as a part of the apartment (which is correct), and in the same time, under "Facilities of Villa Teresa Relax"/"SPA". Here the hot tube is listed with the remark "additional charge". Because of that, the 150 € are justified according to the booking.com customer service hotline, which seems to open up a backdoor for hidden price increases. The pool: It was frequently closed for cleaning in the afternoon and/or evening. There are no operating times. Using the pool at 4 or 5 PM is typically not possible except you are able to reach the host and he is willing to come. Breakfast: Have a look to the pictures - no further comment!

    Atmosfera accogliente, posto pulito, la signora che ci ha accolto è stata disponibilissima e gentile.

    Ci vorrebbe qualche punto luce in più in camera da letto.
