An exceptional place! Although we travel a lot, we had never experienced such hospitality before. Our host, Elpida, went above and beyond our expectations; even though the weather was truly poor during our stay, we were left with wonderful memories. The thoughtful touches upon arrival exceeded our expectations: farm-fresh eggs, wine, and cake, along with toys for the children and umbrellas for the adults... Even though we were a group of three couples with two small children, the apartment was cleaned daily—with the cleaning schedule even adjusted to fit the children's nap times. We are incredibly grateful for everything!

Beautiful new villa with a warm and generous host
The villa is beautifully done, with a tasteful, light decor and a very high standard throughout. Everything was fully equipped — the kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and greeted us with a lovely basket of fresh eggs and tomatoes from their own garden, which was a wonderful personal touch. The location is great too, within walking distance of the beach and the tavernas in Kalyves. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The house was very clean and new with great facilities making it an extremely comfortable place to spend your holiday. The home is in a great location and just a short walk from shops and the beach. Elpida was very attentive being right upstairs and made sure we had everything we needed :) Thank you so much!
Nothing! It was an amazing place

I highly recommend, the apartement is beautiful, cozy and very clean.
We had an excellent time here in Villa Terra Nuova. It really felt like a home away home. The hosts are very kind and made our vacation even more special with small but impactful gestures. The apartement is cozy and very very clean.
I really can’t point anything out.
