  Perfect property, well located. Great staff

  Loved everything about this property. Perfect size for our group. Good location with some lovely local eateries within walking distance (omah, suka latte). Laundry also within walking distance and delivered washing back to house. Brilliant lay out for property, very comfortable. Spacious bathrooms with good products. We hired breakfast to be cooked and this was great and also arranged for private chef on our last night. Team really responsive and readily available. Would definitely return.

  My family loves the place. It was an exceptional vacation with my family

  I love the place, big rooms, friendly staff, clean kitchen and dining area and big receiving area. The pool is so accessible from room and the water is warm. Kids love to go swimming. And I love the food.

  We had four nights at the villa which was a final stop on our family holiday, two adults and four children, so everyone had their own room. The villa is stunning, all rooms are separated from the main kitchen, dining living area so heavy rain could be problematic, fortunately we only experienced rain late at night when everyone was in their rooms, although ample large umbrellas are available so no issue if you are ever caught out. Communication with Ardiyana was mostly via What's App so non intrusive but he was always quick to respond and accommodating on any requests and also checked daily to make sure all was good and to coordinate room cleaning, he was also there to greet us on arrival and there to say goodbye on leaving. The villa is stunning, couple of minor cosmetic things but that comes with time and age and didn't detract from our experience. The pool in incredible, we opted for a chef for two breakfasts and the food although costly was just amazing and well worth the price, one of us also had an in-house massage which although double the price you can get elsewhere, she commented that it was great and one of the best she had experienced. There is a cafe - Suka Latte, opens at 8:00 just down from the villa next to laundry service which we utilised both and can highly recommend both. There are a number of restaurants on the main road close to the villa entrance road, we ate at Warung Hana and Up To Date and both the food and service was excellent in both and there are a number of mini marts close by. We had a birthday celebration so Cinnamon Cake store when you turn right from road entrance was cheap and very nice although cash only for purchases. A shoe store further up the road has high quality runners and very cheap. Used blue taxi's to get around with fixed fare, used Klook app for tickets to D'Tukad Coffee club in rice terrace - amazing day there. Monkey forrest a must do.
