    AVOID Our stay at Villa Thalassa was a complete disaster. We were badly bitten by bed bugs while at the property. We provided the host with photos and evidence, they refused to accept responsibility and denied the property had bed bugs relying on an old pest-control certificate dated one month before our stay. We escalated the matter to Booking.com and, unfortunately, got absolutely no help or any type of resolution from them either. Our holiday was completely ruined due to the severity of the bites and the expenses incurred by us due to medical bills & laundry. Neither the villa nor Booking.com offered any meaningful compensation. We would not recommend this property and definitely would not stay here again.

    Fair facilities, very nice compound.

    Nice views and access to shared pool. Air conditioning works well.

    Air conditioning doesn’t reach 3 of the bedrooms downstairs, and we couldn’t use one as there were hundreds of mosquitos and no air ventilation, so we had to leave the window open.
