  Superb

  We had the pleasure of spending 10 relaxing days in this beautiful holiday villa. The communication in advance was always friendly and informative, and the briefing on site was very helpful. We have received a lot of useful information about the accommodation and the surrounding area. The property and the buildings are in immaculate condition, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is missing - everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The view of the garden and the sea is simply fantastic. We found the air conditioning systems particularly pleasant, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days. The private access to the sea is a nice extra, but you have to balance over rocks to get into the water. The small "beach" does not really invite you to linger. Nevertheless, swimming in the crystal clear water was a treat, and we really appreciated the shady terrace in the garden. A rental car is recommended because the location of the villa is a bit remote. Nearby we were able to stock up on food and drinks, and the restaurants offered delicious, local specialties. However, we also often cooked in the well-equipped kitchen of the villa - even ice cubes were abundantly available. We found the towel sets provided particularly practical and the possibility to have fresh laundry at any time thanks to the washing machine and dryer. Despite the many positive impressions, there were also some small negative points. The street noise was sometimes disturbing, but was mostly drowned out by the cicadas. The ants were also very present as soon as something edible remained, and the mosquitoes stabbed us despite mosquito repellent. The door to the storeroom and especially the one to the bungalow were difficult to open, and unfortunately there was only one key for the bungalow, which led to a small mishap and someone had to come with a spare key. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were able to relax excellently.

  Beautiful villa with a great view of the sea on the Athenian Riviera

  Yiannis and Youla were excellent hosts - very responsive. The villa is absolutely beautiful - much better than other properties we researched on the Athenian Riviera, with an excellent location close to lovely Vouliagmeni. The best part, besides the gorgeous architecture, is the expansive view of the blue Aegean Sea from inside the home.

  The only challenge with this property is that it's right on a major road, which can be very loud, with cars and especially motorcycles driving by. Fortunately, even though we are sensitive to noise, we were able to adjust to it. We slept downstairs on the single beds, rather than in the beautiful bedroom upstairs with its king-sized bed, because it was more quiet downstairs.
