  Hidden gem with local surroundings and beautiful people all round.

  What can I say, from the initial booking with the host I had maintained great contact throughout, she would check in to ensure everything was running smoothly. She gave me helpful information and passed on a contact for tours around the island and beyond which proved amazing also. We then have the Villa staff, with the day to day guys who were lovely and also the manager who was present and contactable whenever you needed, it all made it so easy and perfect for us. The Villa is stunning, spacious and everything you could want, it is exactly as in the pictures if not better, we loved returning home for a swim after days out, there was only 3 of us but you could fit triple that if needed, it is in a very unique tri religious area with friendly locals all around. I loved the fact it is remote, but it is so central to visit all parts of Lombok, don’t be put off by the location as you can scooter around and grab cars are very efficient and affordable, I would not hesitate to come back and stay here, it made our trip so memorable, if your one of those that doesn’t want to be in the ever changing western areas I would highly recommend. Thank you so much for letting us stay here.

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this villa to others.

  We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owners and managers were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were warmly welcomed with snacks, water, and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The garden and swimming pool are absolutely stunning. The pool is large, and there are several comfortable seating areas around it, making it a perfect place to relax. The showers have excellent water pressure, which was also a big plus. Shampoo and shower gel were also provided, which was a thoughtful and convenient extra. We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, cutlery, and tableware. However, if you plan to prepare meals yourself, keep in mind that basic pantry items such as salt, sugar, coffee, tea, and cooking essentials are not provided, so you’ll need to bring or buy those yourself. The villa is located in a quiet, secluded area, so you will definitely need a car or scooter to get around. Fortunately, the villa offers scooter and bicycle rentals, which is very convenient. There is also a nice restaurant nearby if you don’t feel like cooking.

  There are just a few small points for improvement. The bed pillows are very thin and could use more filling to make them more comfortable. There are trash bins available, but no garbage bags were provided. In addition, we only received one towel per person for our five-day stay, so having extra towels would have been appreciated. We also missed having a washing machine, especially for a longer stay. One thing to be aware of is that in the downstairs master bedroom, morning light comes in through the walk-in closet. If you can only sleep in a completely dark room, this may disturb your sleep. Blackout curtains or a door separating the closet from the bedroom would make a big difference.
