Wir haben als zwei befreundete Paare eine Woche in der Villa Tina verbracht. Da wir im Sommerurlaub gerne etwas mehr ausgeben, um eine komfortable Unterkunft mit großem Pool zu haben, waren unsere Erwartungen entsprechend hoch – vor allem aufgrund der extrem positiven Bewertungen, die wir nach unserem Aufenthalt allerdings nur bedingt nachvollziehen können. Positiv: Lage & Ausblick: Die Privatsphäre, der Vibe der Villa, der Blick auf den Ätna und die Balkone sind wirklich traumhaft. Pool: Der Pool ist riesig, sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Gastgeber: Marco ist super lieb, extrem hilfsbereit und war sogar abends sofort zur Stelle, als wir ein Problem hatten.
Zustand & Sauberkeit: Die Villa wirkt an vielen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht mehr gut gepflegt. Der an sich riesige Gartenbereich ist stark zugewachsen. Ungeziefer & Tiere: Überall im und am Haus gibt es Ameisenstrassen (auch in der Küche). Dass auf der Terrasse eine Ratte lief, hat unser Wohlbefinden so sehr gestört, dass wir den Außenbereich deutlich weniger genutzt haben als geplant. Technische Mängel: Sobald man zwei elektrische Geräte gleichzeitig nutzt, fliegt die Sicherung raus. Beim Duschen flackert im ganzen Haus das Licht. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat so stark getropft, dass wir nachts mehrere Handtücher unterlegen mussten, um einen Kurzschluss zu verhindern.

Excellent, a lovely relaxing holiday
The property is beautiful with lovely terraces and pool. The inside is comfortable well furnished and equipped with whatever you need including ACs in every room.
That we had to leave :-(
