Dass es grundsätzlich eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes gab.
Dass der Raum zum Unterstellen der E-Bikes sehr eng war und für die eingestellten E-Bikes aller Gäste zu knapp bemessen war. Dass die Wohnung Nr. 7 bei der extremen Hitze der ersten beiden Tage auch nachts nicht kühl zu bekommen war. Hier wäre eine Beschattung insbesondere des Erkerzimmers dringend erforderlich, um bereits die Aufheizung zu reduzieren.

Die Vorteile überwiegen bei weitem. Eine schöne, gut renovierte Villa mit Charme.
Frühstück haben wir auf dem herrlichen Balkon eingenommen. Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küchengeräte waren sehr hochwertig. Die Handhabung wurde in einer Mappe sehr gut beschrieben. Der Weg zum Strand und auch zu verschiedenen Restaurants nicht weit. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür, ebenso Fahrradverleih.
Für ältere bzw. gehbehinderte Personen könnte die Lage der Wohnung im 2. Stock - besonders mit Koffern - problematisch sein. Die Duschwanne war im nassen Zustand sehr glatt. Das runde Waschbecken sehr schick, aber unpraktisch, der Wasserhahn lose.
