  Although the location was beautiful, the apartment itself had several maintenance issues.

  Lovely location and surroundings

  There was a significant humidity issue in the property, with a strong smell of damp as soon as we entered and visible signs of moisture on the walls, along with areas of deteriorating plaster. The toilet cistern was also not functioning properly. We often had to press the flush three or four times, after which the water would continue running. From the third day onwards, we had no hot water due to a problem with the boiler, which the owners were unable to repair during our seven-day stay. Some of the electrical sockets were broken as well. In addition, there were several issues in the kitchen. The oven was not working, the front panel of the extractor hood was damaged, and we also found quite a few ants on different surfaces.

  Bellísimo sitio pero necesita ser remodelado para ser más seguro.

  La villa es bellísima y la ubicación.

  La calefacción no estaba ajustada correctamente. Al llamar a la encargada me mostró como ajustarla. Luego de ajustarla comenzó a tener una aceptable temperatura el día número 3 de los 4 días que pasamos. La instalación eléctrica no es segura. Habia un radiador portátil que encendí y olía a quemado. Luego nos trajeron otro. El sitio es hermoso pero tiene que ser remodelado, principalmente el baño. La ducha tenía una cortina de baño que arrastraba y resultaba hasta peligrosa

  Beautiful villa in tranquil place, easy to reach to Florence old town

  Close to bus stops, tranquility outside the tourist areas though reachable in 15 mins. Beauty of the surroundings

  We loved it there, the entrance drive was lovely too as were the views around the villa.

  Location, bus stop handy, view, spaciousness. tranquil. Host was responsive immediately, a spot for the car, secure, Generally it was great aND just felt like we were living in our own tuscan villa! the colourful planst in the pots

  Not enough crockery and glasses for the three of us. No tea, sugar, coffee or milk available like all other places we have stayed at all over Italy. This was disappointing. Many other places also include a small amount of welcome fruit to help tide the hunger on arrival until we get to a supermarket. THE GARDEN could do with some tender loving care. A ladder and an ironing board were just left under the stairs and on the main verandah and were an eyesore and ruined many pretty photo opportubities!
