Lokalizacja jest trochę inna niż pokazuje booking. Jest dalej od plaży niż pokazuje. Ale nie jest to problemem.

It's a quiet place. The house is located in a guarded area. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away. The pool was very nice. Wifi was slightly better than other places I have visited in Zanzibar. Every day you get a huge breakfast made for you in the villa. There is AC in every room so you can set the temperature to what you like. It felt really luxurious and we didn't feel anything was missing during our stay. Outside the area you need transport to get to stores, activities, so make sure you have contact information to drivers. There is plenty of ATMs within 5 minute drive and I had no issues withdrawing Tanzanian shillings from them.
Nothing, but if you like tourist party area this isn't the best place.

Leider sehr enttäuschend – Lage und Umgebung eine Zumutung
Die Wohnung war an sich super und auch sehr sauber. Wurde täglich gründlich geputzt. Auch Pool war sehr gepflegt.
Leider sehr enttäuschend – Lage und Umgebung eine Zumutung Wir hatten uns aufgrund der schönen Bilder und der guten Ausstattung sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut. Die Villa selbst war modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet – auch der Pool war gepflegt. Doch leider hört hier das Positive schon auf. Was in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich war: Die Anlage ist zu großen Teilen noch eine Baustelle. Rund 80 % der Umgebung bestehen aus halbfertigen Häusern, überall stehen Bagger und Baumaterialien herum. Direkt neben unserer Villa war sogar noch eine Nachbarvilla im Rohbau – das bedeutete: Wir saßen inmitten einer Baustelle, obwohl unsere Villa schon fertiggestellt war. Das hat das Urlaubsgefühl völlig zerstört. Auch die Umgebung war enttäuschend. Außer ein paar kleinen Shops und zwei, drei Restaurants gab es praktisch nichts. Wer auf eine schöne, belebte Lage oder Urlaubsflair hofft, wird hier enttäuscht. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage und der aktuellen Baustellensituation leider nicht empfehlen – für uns war es eine große Enttäuschung.
