Das Haus und das Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich. Jugendstilfassade. Die Einrichtung stilecht, zwar alt, aber gepflegt. Mal was anderes als Ikea-Möbel. Das Bad lag nebenan, war sauber, großzügig, moderner Komfort. Das Frühstück wurde von dem Vermieter selbst bereitet und war sehr gut.
Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. In den Abendstunden fahren einige Autos durch, nachts war es jedoch ruhig.
