    The view was beautiful, and we appreciated that the hosts were responsive when we raised our concerns. They arranged fans and cleaning supplies for us and managed to organise a cleaner during our stay, which we appreciated.

    Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t feel properly prepared for our arrival. It was extremely hot when we arrived and, during a particularly hot period, it seemed the air conditioning hadn’t been running beforehand, so it took quite some time to make the apartment comfortable. The cleanliness was also below the standard we expected, particularly in the kitchen, which needed a much more thorough clean. The apartment could also be better equipped for the number of guests it accommodates for example, there were only two wine glasses despite the property sleeping several people. The hosts did respond to our concerns and made an effort to resolve them, which we appreciated, but overall the apartment would benefit from more attention to preparation, cleanliness and equipment between guests.
