🌬️ Air Conditioning Schedule The air-conditioning system in the villas operates: 🕑 14:00 – 16:00 🌙 20:00 – 08:00 This schedule helps reduce environmental impact and prevents excessive use of the units. 📝 Guest Registration Requirement In Spain, property owners must register all guests for public safety purposes. 👮 This information is shared with local authorities such as the Civil Guard. 📋 Guests aged 16 and over must complete a registration form at check-in. 📤 The form must be submitted to the authorities within 24 hours of arrival or departure. 📚 The host must also record this in a travel register book (physical or digital), with 100–500 pages. 🔑 Key Policy If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations: 💶 €50 fee during office hours 🌙 €75 fee outside office hours 📍 New keys must be collected from our office. 🚮 Check-out Policy Please ensure all garbage is removed from the property before departure. ❌ Leaving waste behind will result in a €150 cleaning fee for waste management.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
