  Buona colazione,camera comoda e accogliente soprattutto essendo in una pozione molto strategica per arrivare al centro della movida. La struttura è in una strada laterale e quindi molto silenziosa. Sandra è una Lost molto gentile e disponibile a tutte le esigenze dei clienti

  Lunico consiglio ovviamente mio personale da dare è che magari visto che lo spazio non manca,qualche appendino qua e la soprattutto in bagno non sarebbe male

  Overall, while the breakfast staff were lovely, the room, comfort, parking and value did not meet ex

  The breakfast staff were absolutely lovely—warm, kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They were one of the best parts of our stay and deserve recognition.

  Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay did not meet our expectations for around $200 per night. I selected the 220 sq. ft. San Marco room based on the photos and description, but we were given the San Marco room with a balcony instead. Although the owners described this as an upgrade, it was not the room we thought we had booked, and the balcony had little value to us in Miami’s heat and humidity. The shared central AC kept our room around 74–75°F, so we were unable to get comfortable and slept poorly. Parking was also disappointing. I had asked about it in advance and understood that a space would be reserved for our two-night stay, but we had to park on the street wherever we could find a spot, including one night quite far away. The breakfast service was wonderful, but the food was very basic for a B&B at this price point. There were also many mosquitoes around the breakfast area and some maintenance issues around the property. Finally, when we shared our concerns privately, the response felt more defensive than understanding. The room was described as an “upgrade,” the temperature was said to be comfortable for most guests, and the breakfast concerns were minimized. The parking issue was not really addressed. Overall, while the staff were lovely, the comfort, experience and value were not what we expected.
