    Im Prinzip eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Aber sie benötigt mehr Aufmerksamkeit seitens Vermieter.

    Lage sehr gut. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön groß, der Balkon ein zusätzliches Plus. Küche gut ausgestattet, einschließlich Kaffee-Automat. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Eine kleine Bibliothek gibt es auch. Fernseher funktioniert, haben wir nicht weiter genutzt. Für E-Auto Fahrer: Mehrere Ladesäulen in fußläufiger Entfernung vorhanden. Der Ort Graal-Müritz selbst ist wirklich schön.

    Sauberkeit würde ich als mangelhaft bewerten. Geschirr im Schrank teilweise verschmutzt. Hinter der Truhe an der Wand eine Staubschicht, da hatte schon länger niemand mehr geputzt. Die Bettdecken für September etws dünn, Zusatzdecken nicht vorhanden. Die Tagesdecke im Schlafzimmer könnte auch mal gewaschen werden. Der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon hat seine besten Tage hinter sich, wir wollten uns da nicht reinsetzen. Für die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon sollen passende Sitzkissen besorgt werden. Wasserhahn im Bad locker. An der Gardinenstange fehlt schon eine Rosette. Schön wäre es, wenn der zur Wohnung gehörende Schuppen als Abstellort für die mitgebrachten Fahrräder genutzt werden könnte, aber leider ist er verschlossen.

    Sehr schöne, saubere und große Unterkunft. Lage ist toll. Extrem gut fand ich die sehr gute Informationen und Hinweise vorab. Es war eine tolle Orga, vielen Dank noch mal. Absolut empfehlenswert.

    Urlaub im Kurort

    - strandnahe Lage - ruhige Umgebung - Balkon mit Strandkorb - sauberes Badezimmer - Nahe Lage zu Ausflugszielen

    - die allgemeine Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, dass liegt aber auch an den vorherigen Gästen (z.B. verschmutztes Geschirr im Schrank) - leider fehlte ein Besen und eine Kehrschaufel (dann könnte man auch den Sand vom Strand ohne Staubsauger wegmachen)
