Lokalizacja blisko plaży, duży taras , bezpieczna okolica, właściciel pomocny
Słaba klimatyzacja umieszczona tylko w kuchni/salonie. Brak klimatyzacji w sypialniach gdzie była dużo wyższa temperatura. TV ma adroida, lecz nie da się nic wyszukać na youtube oraz netflixa, wciąż wywala błędy lub zawiesza filmy po 30 sekundach

La terraza y el trato de Luca y de su madre
La casa necesita reforma. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, el colchón de la cama de matrimonio estaba totalmente deformado, el frigorífico no cerraba bien, la tapa de WC estaba descolgada. Faltaba limpieza. Solo estábamos para dormir, el problema es que, con el calor que hacía y el aire que no enfriaba, no se podía dormir. Una pena

Veranda very nice
Very disappointed for just one ac in kitchen none in bedrooms which eventually stopped working the last day and night was a nightmare ended up sleeping in the veranda

Great place for combined beach and sightseeing holiday
Exactly what we needed. Nice apartment with a large tarrace, eguipped with all what's needed (eg. barbecue) and tremendous view on Etna. Short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with a good access to the main road. One can easily get to Syracuse, Catania, Taormina and to Etna - and return to the beach afterwards. And last but not least very friendly and helpful host.
