  La privacidad de la parcela, piscina privada y pequeño jardín

  Es una urbanización grande sin acceso a vehículos. Nos costó llevar las maletas andando y subiendo una cuesta empinada desde el parking a la vivienda.

  Needs attention

  The hosts were very flexible on our arrival time & met us in the evening - check in was very easy. The villa was one of the bigger ones in the private complex & one of a few with a pool. As we were there in Winter we didn't use the pool, but it was serviced every week. The garden space was large and got sun for most of the day but not the late afternoon when we were there. The villa itself is dated & we felt it was not clean. We informed the owner and they arranged an extra clean the next day, however we still felt it wasn't clean. We bought extra cleaning products in the nearby Aldi & we feel we left it cleaner than we found it, but it generally wasn't comfortable. There is a serious fly problem in the bathroom - no matter what we tried we couldn't reduce the flies - we tried everything! The bedding was very basic, pillows were very uncomfortable (we bought two new ones) and the sofabed in the living room was uncomfortable - we put some blankets on it to make it a bit better. The outside couch beside the BBQ was very dirty and dated & was not nice. The extractor fan above the hob was full of grease and it only moved the air to the ceiling - not to outside - so when it was switched on it simply moved the cooking fumes all around the room not to outside. Upstairs there was a person who lived there permanently I think. They seemed to wear hard sole shoes all the time and we could hear every footstep, we could also hear when they flushed the toilet etc. They got up early in the morning and it sounded like they were dragging furniture around the room, then they left (for work presumably). It's probably the same in all of the villas in this complex and maybe the person upstairs could also hear us watching TV or talking in the evening, but just good to be aware the sound travels easily. We feel this could be a very good villa but the owners have neglected a lot of the basic things.

  Una estancia perfecta en familia, con un trato inmejorable.

  Pasamos una estancia maravillosa en la villa, ¡todo superó nuestras expectativas! La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y con todos los detalles pensados para disfrutar al máximo. La tranquilidad del entorno y el confort del alojamiento hicieron que fueran unos días perfectos. Pero sin duda, lo mejor fue el trato recibido por Cristina, quien nos recibió con una sonrisa y una amabilidad que se agradece muchísimo. Estuvo atenta desde el primer momento, nos explicó todo con claridad y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. ¡Un 10 para ella! Y también queremos agradecer especialmente a Ricardo, el anfitrión, por su amabilidad y cercanía. Nos llamó para asegurarse de que todo estuviera yendo bien durante nuestra estancia, un gesto que valoramos muchísimo y que demuestra el cuidado y la dedicación con la que recibe a sus huéspedes. ¡Gracias por hacer que nos sintiéramos tan bienvenidos! Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Totalmente recomendable.
