Huge, roomy villa with fantastic views, a private infinity style pool close to Palermo and Mondello
The infinity pool was such a great thing for our group of 8. We spent so much time out there when we weren't sightseeing. Plus, there was an outdoor kitchen right near the pool. The views were SPECTACULAR--day and night.
Not a huge issue, but the wifi was weaker than we anticipated, so my kids were not able to play their video games together, and there was only one small TV in the living room.

Highly do not recommend it
The villa is beautiful, but if you run into any problems, don’t expect any help. This is not a premium experience. It’s an overpriced property where courtesy is nothing more than a facade. I’ve been to Sicily several times, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such treatment. I do not recommend it.

Musty smell, not clean (old clothes, moldy coffee grinds in coffee maker, hair/sand in the drains).
Once you get to the location and get up the very steep mountain (car is necessary / NOT walkable), the views are amazing.
The place was musty and generally not cared for (old blankets on the furniture, dingy wall corners, random non-functioning utilities sticking out of walls, terrible water pressure in showers-barely trickling out in some). The person who met us at the place told me that if I needed extra toilet paper/soap/garbage bags, I would have to buy them myself. The place was not clean when we arrived. Only when I complained, did they say that someone would come to clean at no charge to me (?!). I asked for them to supply the items that I was told to buy and they did bring some. I asked for extra towels, but got extra sheets. I was completely overcharged. I asked if they had another property available because I did not want to stay, but they said they didn't. The area has many, many incomplete and empty homes. Not the setting we were hoping for, for a very special vacation.
