  I do not recommend this property or the person managing it!

  I completely do not recommend this property! I would like to share my experience. At first, we booked a villa in a quiet area, far from the noise and crowds in the south of Tenerife. On our second night, we were robbed while sleeping inside the villa. The only positive aspect was that the burglars did not enter our bedrooms; they only went through the ground floor and took what they found there. In the morning, we called the administrator, a person named Tom. Be careful—Tom acts like he is on your side, but he is not. When he arrived, he claimed that they did not have security cameras because Booking asked them to remove them (which is completely false, as I checked with Booking and they confirmed no such restriction exists) and suggested we shouldn't call the police because they wouldn't do anything. Moreover, the villa has an alarm system, but it does not work. On top of everything, the property management suggested that I made this up to get money and that it was entirely our fault. Being robbed on our first day, having no video surveillance, an alarm system that doesn't work, being blamed for making it up, and being told the police won't help might seem random, right? There is more: the burglars took only cash and valuables, leaving our IDs, driver's licenses, and cards behind just so we wouldn't pursue them. Another major issue was the electrical system. When we arrived, we turned on the AC, and after a few minutes, we started smelling burning plastic. We called Tom, and he initially told us that because it was Friday, it would be hard to fix. Fortunately, we had an electrician in our group and fixed it ourselves. Later, during our post-robbery discussion, Tom claimed he did plan to fix it, but complained that we rushed to fix it first 🙈. I am writing this so future guests know the risks if they book this property!

  Best holiday we have had in years we loved this villa and will be returning for sure

  This villa was wonderful we had the best 10nights here just arrived home and we’re so sad to leave the beds are so comfortable which gave a home to home feel plenty of towels kitchen had everything you need though but won’t moan about that the pool was beautiful the sunbeds were fantastic and the host was amazing we will definitely be back

  A brilliant stay . We did lots of walking to the other villages . The heated outside pool was bliss .

  The property was in a lovely location over looking the golf course and the sea .

  The garden on one side is very over looked . There was a full house next door whilst we were there . A a closed fence between the two properties would be ideal
