  We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed our time in the property.

  The villa is in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the strip and has convenience stores close by. There is everything you would need such as fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker etc. The villa was very clean and modern. The air conditioning works brilliantly. The parking facility was great especially because we had rented a car. Inside the property was very clean and spacious. The upstairs living space was well laid out and had a beautiful view. Plenty of towels for both indoor and outdoor. The exterior of the house looked fantastic at night with the lights on I was concerned that the road next to the house would cause a lot of noise, but this was never an issue. The wifi was good. The covered seating area by the pool was great for a break from the sun and having lunch Although we didn't need to contact Thorsten regularly, when we did he was very quick to respond and assist.

  There are required forms to fill in once you arrive at the villa which requires full names, nationalities and passport numbers. It is the law to fill these in which is fine, however the previous guests forms were left in the same location. I do not know the GDPR laws of Spain, but this was concerning. Some more comfortable chairs on the balcony to really enjoy those amazing views for longer. Unfortunately the light in the pool did not work while we were there. We reported it to Thorsten and the pool maintenance person came a few days later to fix it. Unfortunately it did not work properly even after the attempt to fix it. This was not a major issue just more of an inconvenience as the pool looked amazing at night with the light on. There is a lot of useful information in a booklet in the apartment which does warn that the steps on the pool can be slippery. Unfortunately even while cautious of the slippery surface getting into the pool, I slipped and had a nasty fall. Thankfully the worst of it was some bruising on the back and a cut hand due to rough surface on the steps. The sun loungers could do with some care/upgrading.

  The Villa was perfect and we used the pool every day. It was our second stay and we will be booking for our third next year.

  The villa was absolutely perfect. Short walk to the local spar and main strip. The villa was just amazing, very spacious and well set up. There were outdoor towels and spare bath towels along with everything you need should you wish to do make breakfast, lunch or even dinner. I can not fault the villa at all. Thorsten and his amazing team were wonderful too. Special thanks to Jesus who was just lovely!! I absolutely will be returning to this amazing home from home.

  An exceptionally well appointed holiday villa, in a great location with great views. The Villa had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The host, Thorsten, was readily at hand and responded rapidly to any query. We loved the heated pool and the outdoor area. The main strip of the "new" town was about a 7 minute walk, and the "old" town was about 15 minutes walking. A small supermarket is visible from the balcony and a 3 minute walk. I've been visiting Puerto Del Carmen on and off for over 30 years and would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

  I honestly can't fault this accommodation. Pretty much everything was included, from a welcome pack to washing up liquid. Just bring yourself and your shampoo and you're good to go!
