    Der Aufenthalt in Usedom war sehr erholsam.

    Die vollumfängliche und komplette Ausstattung der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Größe und die für eine Ferienwohnung hochqualitative Ausstattung. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohgefühlt.

    Dass kein Parkplatz am Haus verfügbar ist und ein Parkhausstellplatz für 12 € per Tag fällig wird. Diese Kosten könnten durch eine zur Wohnung gehörende Parkhausdauerkarte abgefedert werden. Kosten anteilmäßig in die Tagesmiete einpreisen. Andererseits ist es m. E. Auch darstellbar mit wenig Aufwand einen zusätzlichen Stellplatz am Haus einzurichten.
