Very Disappointed!
The location was the only good thing about this property.
The property was not clean. Shower downstairs was dirty & it was dangerous getting in & out. Shower head was at a weird angle. Cigarette butts were on the balcony. A lamp cord in one bedroom was cut. There were no paper towels in the kitchen area. The upstairs bathroom was really odd so no one would shower in it. The owner would not bring us more toilet paper. I would never stay there again and do not recommend this property. It was not worth $822 for two nights. I asked for a partial refund and was told no. It was a very disappointing experience. This property needs updated and needs attention. Another apartment we rented for $400 for two nights was much nicer and had all of the amenities.

The location is great, the apartment feels neglected, the communication was highly unprofessional
We stayed in this apartment as a group of 6 girls for 3 nights. There were definitely some positive aspects to our stay: the location of the apartment is absolutely excellent, the space itself is very spacious and easily accommodated all of us, there are working air conditioners in every room, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for a stay (even though we didn't cook), and the host kindly left small bottles of water for everyone in the fridge on our first day.
However, our overall experience was quite disappointing due to poor communication, lack of maintenance, misleading descriptions, and low hospitality standards: • Poor Communication & Check-in Stress: The host took a long time to respond to our messages. Most critically, during the arrival window, we were left completely in the dark. Up until 20 minutes before getting to the apartment, we still had no idea how we were supposed to enter or get inside, which caused us unnecessary stress. • Misleading Bathroom Description: The listing on Booking states there are two bathrooms. In reality, there are 2 restrooms (toilets) but only one actual bathroom with a very uncomfortable, old bathtub. The shower floor was badly scratched, the water temperature was highly unstable (fluctuating constantly), and the shower curtain fell down during our stay. • Insufficient Amenities & Blankets: For a couple, we were given only one thin, small blanket. When we asked for extra blankets because we were cold, we were shockingly told that "it is not the season" and that they had none to provide. Furthermore, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 girls for a 3-night stay. While they did bring more when we asked, this is a basic necessity that should have been taken care of in advance. There were also not enough soaps and shampoos for 6 people. • The Balcony: We were highly looking forward to using the balcony, but it was completely uninviting and looked nothing like the photos on Booking. All the plants were withered and empty, there were no cushions on the outdoor sofas, and some of the chairs were completely broken, making the space unusable. • Attic Room & Comfort: The mattress in the apartment was sagging and uncomfortable. Additionally, the attic bedroom is poorly insulated; it was freezing cold, the wind was incredibly loud, and the drafts were strong enough to blow the bedroom doors open during the night.
