    Place had potential to be great, disappointed.

    Place was nice enought and spacious.

    We lost hot water for 2 days and when we first told the staff, they said it would be back on soon and blamed the power, no further action was taken by then, and no compensation given. Hot water is deemed a necessity. The hot tub was also terrible. The water temperature could barley get above 30. Staff blamed the weather,
