Good location walking distance to beach and shops. Access to building felt safe. Good value compared to other prices in area. TV was a smart tv.
Couldn’t get oven to work, and apartment was quite humid and had poor ventilation especially in bathroom.

A localização é excelente, tem tudo perto, até uma Loja Americanas! É mais espaçoso do que aparenta nas fotos. Tem secador de cabelo e espelho de corpo todo, além dos lençóis e toalhas. O chuveiro é ótimo, não é pinga-pinga. Cama espaçosa. A praça em frente tem sempre PM ou guarda municipal. Tem padarias e almoço do lado, muitas opções. Os porteiros são super prestativos e atentos, fomos ao Rock in Rio, voltamos na madrugada, tudo tranquilo. Joelma e Selma são atenciosas e solícitas. A rua da janela é bem barulhenta, mas a janela veda bem o barulho. Tirei fotos a partir da janela do quarto e do prédio, quando passei no Uber do outro lado da rua. Após o túnel tem um shopping, bem perto também.

Wasn't expecting a rose garden...but roaches.
Location was good, cleanliness good, size good and all of the kitchen utensils that I needed. All the people who was part of the apartment was very kind. The doormen was all professional.
The sheets and towels are in need to be replaced due to the bad condition. The hot water was iffy with low pressure, after repairs it did improve. But the worse was the roaches. It was in need of an exterminator. I sprayed with positive results. My key malfunction and the doorman didn't have a clue on what do or who to contact. I had to rent a room elsewhere for the night. Came to find out the spare was with the person who maintain the apartment in the same building. I felt that I should have been aware of that in advance just in case.
