    No dressing table in 2 rooms+ aquard to dry hair+ apply make up. Shower over bath would have been good. Shower room downstairs wasn't practical as double rooms upstairs.

    It's a very spacious house with good bathroom facilities and beds. Also has a large dining kitchen. It's on a quiet road with only a small amount of traffic. Ideal location for the Kingsbarns Inn and walking to Kingsbarns Beach as well as visiting St Andrews, Crail and other villages nearby

    Our stay would have been enhanced by having a few more items in the kitchen. Extra mugs, serving bowls, a larger tea pot, to name a few. The living room seating is so soft thst I found it really uncomfortable. Better quality seating is required
