Convenient hotel near Changi airport.
The reception staff were very friendly and gave us an early checkin which was great since our overnight flight arrived very early. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable and the towels were nice. The gym and infinity pool looked great although we were too tired to use them. The shuttle from the airport was convenient. There are many places to eat nearby within a few minutes walk including Changi Village hawker centre where we had delicious food.
The place looked a bit tired in parts, the coating of the bathroom sink which looked like it had been repainted was peeling and there were other parts of the hotel which needed an update. I wouldn't have expected to find this in a four star hotel. We booked the 8am shuttle back to the airport but when it had not arrived by 8.05 we asked the lobby staff what had happened to the shuttle and were told it was running late and might arrive in 5 to 10 minutes. Since we needed to be at the airport at 8.20 we decided it was too risky waiting and jumped in the next cab instead. Fortunately cabs stop here often looking for potential rides. I thought since the hotel was the first departure point for the shuttle it should have been on time.

Ruime kamer, goede airco, kreeg ongevraagd een upgrade. Royale badkamer, goede douche. Mooi zwembad
Ontbijt en eten restaurant middelmatig. Klopt niet voor dat geld. Sfeerloos
