    Location was good. Bedroom clean and bed comfortable.

    The gentleman at check-in was rude. We were told we were early and we would have to pay extra 15 pounds to check-in early. All facts were true but put to us very abruptly. All extra charges for parking, which I assumed would be included in the initial cost. I was also charged €54 to my card and I don't know what for, I have queried this and I am still waiting a reply. Our bedroom had a disabled toilet & we haven't any disability. Our bedroom was also above the gym, we were awoken around 6am on Friday morning from the loud music.

    Location is excellent so was the room

    Having stayed at this hotel many times we were very surprised by the room, it had been renovated and was much nicer than on our previous stays, the bed was very comfortable and in fact we are now looking to change our mattress for the Sealey one as used in the hotel, the room and bathroom were very clean and the aircon/heating worked well.

    nothing to mention here.
