    Location. Close to everything.

Central AC never turned on, (there were no window units) fans did help some but since there were no ceiling fans at least, there was no air circulation. Pretty hot at night.  Toilet was dirty and bathtub. Kitchen light fixtures need cleaning, spider webs are visible. Carpet has noticeable tears in the living room and needs a good carpet cleaning.
