Ok but the cost benefit was not worth it considering no air cond in the room , and clogged toilets.
Breakfast was good, but we could not order anything different, like an omelet. The location was very good. The air conditioning didn't work properly; water leaked and dripped during the night. When I asked to change rooms, they said it wasn't possible, but I noticed other rooms were vacant. The hotel wasn't full, and I am sure there were rooms available. Also, my room did not have a desk to work at. Today, everybody needs a place to work, even on vacation. Only after I left did I get an email offering to move to another room. But it was too late. Also, the toilet kept clogging even though I was very careful.
The fact that management was unwilling to accommodate me in another room until after I left. Problems happen, but what matters is how you handled them.

Experiência incrível de viver a Praia do Rosa. Atendimento excelente, qualidade da alimentação é espetacular, capricho e o cuidado nas instalações. Completo! A presença das baleias franca são um espetáculo a parte e o Village tem um mirante só para vê-las melhor.

Agradável estadia
Meus pais idosos se hospedaram pelo aniversário da minha mãe e aniversário de casamento, a equipe fez até bolo com parabéns especial para eles. Ficaram muito felizes, por isso agradecemos a estadia e a especial gentileza. Até a volta 🌸
Como são idosos, tiveram dificuldades com a TV, e sentiram falta dos canais locais para ver os jornais e futebol habitual 😉

Linda Villa para ir com a família
O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada, a alguns passos da praia e com atendimento de restaurante. Tem muitas opções de atividades para fazer e as instalações estão em bom estado. Staff foi muito gentil e sempre dispostos a ajudar com sorriso no rosto. Tem estacionamento próprio também. Café da manha bem completo e gostoso.
Fiquei na suíte 201 e pelo valor da diária, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhor como: chuveiro sai pouca água, banheiro tem cheiro forte e frigobar faz barulho constante.
