  Wellness nebol nic moc, relaxacna zona len som 4 lehatkami a 1 sprchou. Prvy vecer im trvalo aspon 30min, kym doplnili chybajuce jedlo na veceru. Izba malinka, ledva sa dalo prejst z jednej strany medzi postelou a stenou.

  Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel

  We stayed for 2 nights and experienced repeated problems with the water supply on both days — the water would come and go throughout our stay. What was particularly disappointing was that the hotel already knew about the problems with the local water supply, yet we were not informed at all when making our reservation. If a hotel knows in advance that guests will experience repeated water outages, this should be clearly communicated before booking, or the hotel should not be accepting guests during that period. We also had a very concerning experience with our two-year-old son. After swimming in the hotel pool, his face became swollen and he developed a widespread red, hive-like rash over his body. We cannot say for certain what caused the reaction, but the timing made the experience particularly worrying for us. There was also an unpleasant incident in the restaurant. A waiter spilled Coke onto the chair, which got my clothes dirty, but he did not immediately apologize. Overall, we were very disappointed with the level of service and the way these issues were handled. In our experience, the hotel did not meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star property, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.
