If you like cleaning book it.
The pool was maintained very well. The location was quiet and you could walk the dog directly starting at the apartment.
It is outdated and not cleaned very well they dump some chlorine cleaner which makes the apartment smell like a pool maintenance room. The furniture was outdated and loose. Not all lights were working and there was dust everywhere. They definitely don’t know how to clean. Dead bugs smudged on the walls and dirt splashes on the front of the furnitures. We had to buy a broom to clean it to a point where it was usable. As an extra the garage floods while there is heavy rain and the agency does nothing to prepare or prevent. One could think they can think about unclogging the drains but it seems they rather have all the dirt flowing into the garage and the bathroom on the same level.

La villa non era pulito, specialmente sotto i letti che erano pieni di polvere.
