Only the view
The hotel was in a good location, but that was the only positive. The infrastructure is outdated. The curtains needed washing, the windows were dirty, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with black mold between the tiles. The bed was very hard and damp. As for amenities, there was only one pool table and a wobbly ping-pong table. The Jacuzzi was dirty—when I turned it on, leaf debris and stink bugs came out. On top of all this, there were many stink bugs both in the room and in the restaurant. The food prices in the restaurant are outrageous. Dinner for two (one portion of mtsvadi, cucumber-tomato salad, French fries, Mexican potatoes, khachapuri, 2 beers, 1 lemonade, 1 water, 2 Borjomi, 2 ice creams, a fruit platter, and a glass of wine) cost 233 GEL ($90) and tasted awful. To make matters worse, we got severe food poisoning and spent the entire night awake. The only response from reception was that they were 'very sorry' about the situation. I would rate this hotel a 4/10, considering it holds a 4-star rating and I expected much more. I paid around $155 (400 GEL) per night. I wouldn't go back there even if it were free!"
