Lovely property for a relaxing stay
Lovely pool and lawn area with comfortable seating. Outside kitchen with stacked timber, nice open plan kitchen inside which was fully equipped. Property close to marina and a few restaurants to chose from. Need a car - about 45 min walk to Villasimius town.
Panel to control lights, blinds etc was a bit difficult to navigate at first but ok once you get used to it. Small hot water tank - for family of 6, cold showers for at least half of us, not a big issue given hot weather. Bad ant and mosquito problem, property could do with a spray. Driveway gate on auto sensor closed very quickly which was a bit annoying. Clear instructions for rubbish collection (which bags to use, where to dump extra rubbish etc) would be helpful - limited days was a bit hard with toddler diapers! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Owner/Property Manager was contactable at all times and tried to help and resolve small issues wherever possible.
