This is a lovely, modern apartment in the pleasant Villanova neighborhood of the city.
Helpful, friendly hosts. Good location. Modern two floor apartment. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see in Cagliari. We would definitely stay there again.
Kitchen and living room are on second floor. This could be a challenge for some guests. Adding a handrail on the stairs would increase safety.

Exceptional
Our arrival on the island was very bright and we owe these bright moments to our apartments and to a greater extent to their owners! We were met in the middle of the night, in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the apartments, namely cleanliness, modern design renovation, and high-quality branded appliances. The apartments are located in the city center. Many interesting places are 7-10 minutes away on foot. It was always possible to park a rented car near the apartments, there were no problems with parking. The owners are very kind and friendly. They help with advice and information about the island. With their tips, we quickly figured out everything and had no problems. The owner's wife is a doctor, if you are traveling with children this fact can be very important for you ☺️ In general, we believe that we have more friends in our lives thanks to getting to know these nice people! 🤗
