Place is very well located, specially if you want be close the US embassy. The area is safe to walk by night and also you have a ton of restaurants and stores a couple blocks away.
This hotel is a converted house, and my room was a prefabricated build in the former garage. This meant zero soundproofing (you could hear every footstep from the busy street outside) and a very cold room. Additionally, the shower was only lukewarm, never hot. Finally, it was highly inconvenient that there was a door alarm at night, meaning you had to call and wake up the staff just to enter or leave
