Villas are cleaned and towels are changed once a week. Sheets are changed once a week. Extra cleaning is available on request for a supplement. For stays of less than 1 week, cleaning will be done once during the stay. Reception and maintenance services are available every day. Reception opening times: 09:00 - 22:00. Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.     Esperienza Negativa

    *Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa, soprattutto per la gestione successiva di un episodio grave.* Durante il nostro soggiorno presso Villas Finesse abbiamo constatato la scomparsa dalla nostra camera di un paio di orecchini d’oro di rilevante valore e di 400 euro, ossia tutti in contanti tenuti nell'abitazione. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato l’accaduto alla reception e, il giorno successivo, abbiamo presentato formale denuncia alle Autorità locali, precisiamo che non abbiamo riscontrato segni di effrazione o forzatura di porte, finestre o serrature. Naturalmente non siamo in grado di stabilire chi abbia sottratto i beni e saranno eventualmente le Autorità competenti a svolgere i necessari accertamenti. Ciò che riteniamo particolarmente grave e deludente è però il comportamento della struttura successivo all’accaduto. Abbiamo inviato una prima comunicazione formale, allegando la denuncia e chiedendo che venissero effettuate le opportune verifiche sugli accessi alla villa e che ci venissero fornite informazioni sull’eventuale copertura assicurativa. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna risposta, abbiamo inviato ulteriori solleciti. A distanza di due settimane dall’accaduto non abbiamo ricevuto alcun riscontro da parte della struttura. Indipendentemente dall’esito degli accertamenti sul furto, da una struttura ricettiva di questo livello ci saremmo aspettati attenzione, collaborazione e una tempestiva gestione di un episodio così serio. Il completo silenzio successivo alle nostre segnalazioni ha purtroppo aggravato notevolmente un’esperienza già molto spiacevole. Per quanto ci riguarda, alla luce di quanto accaduto e soprattutto della gestione successiva, non possiamo consigliare la struttura.
